Can I get schematics for my product so I can repair it myself?
Unfortunately not, for a number of reasons:
- Technical schematics for our products are intellectual property, which means we have to keep them confidential to all parties except our authorized service centers, who specialize in providing factory level service for our products as quickly as possible.
- Only our authorized service centers can offer you factory-guaranteed warranty service for your TC Helicon product, as well as renewed factory-warranty on spare parts exchanged.
- Electronic devices need to conform to applicable laws regarding electronic emissions and safety approval. We can neither guarantee nor be held liable in case a TC Helicon product is modified or repaired by unauthorized third parties.
